Luths has been appointed by the client direct to aid the design team with a new housing project in Cathcart, Glasgow. The client is keen to explore a high standard of energy design (“Fabric First”) and to use zero carbon heating technologies.

This will involve:

• Design calculations
• Detailed M&E specification
• Procurement and tender services
